His leadership spans top roles at Prenetics, ACT Genomics, Everly Health, Illumina, QIAGEN, and Roche. A physician-scientist by training, Frank completed his Clinical Molecular Genetics fellowship at UCLA, holds an MD from USC, and trained in biodesign at Stanford.
