A decorated U.S. Navy veteran turned biotech serial entrepreneur, Shiloh has spent over two decades building and scaling breakthrough life science companies—from co-founding CellzDirect (acquired by Invitrogen for $67M), Cytes Biosciences (sold to BioIVT in 2025), Triangle Research Labs (sold to Lonza in 2015), QPS Hepatic Biosciences and more.
With a proven track record in business development, commercial operations, and strategic growth, he has led at the forefront of human biospecimens, CRO services, and biotechnology tools. His leadership has powered major expansions at Sampled, Genemarkers, PBM Capital, and WePredic, and his ventures remain cornerstones in the NC Research Triangle biotech ecosystem.
Shiloh now guides Compass with bold vision and deep commercial expertise to fuel partnerships, growth, and next-gen solutions in precision medicine.
As he puts it: “Building upon our immense success in APAC & Japan, we’re working to expand access and adoption of the InheriNext bioinformatics platform in support of critical rare and genetic disease research and diagnostics.”
